This season we saw one of the most exciting collabs between Puma and the ultimate bae Caroll Lynn. For the Puma x Careaux collection the Dutch born women’s footwear designer and sneakerhead created some beautifully designed kicks and clothing items featuring the ‘Dedication Flower’ print which Careaux adopted as her motif ‘’after she realized it to find beauty
and strength in dark, difficult times.’’
The collab between the two produced six signature style shoes in total, Basket s, Duplexes and Blaze of Glorys. First set of shoes the
reworked Duplex OG comes in simple colourway of black or white suede where there is only gold branding on the leather heel and the tongue of the trainer to add that extra touch.
The PUMA Suede is continuing on with the exploration of suede material, which we see in three colourways: white, black and rose. A really thoughtful part of Carpeaux’s chosen colour palette and design for both of the models includes black which is so
practical for those girls who need it day after day.
Finally, the last piece from collab is the updated Blaze of Glory sneaker which shows off Careaux’s signature print the ‘Dedication Flower’ in its alluring design and is finished off with PUMA’s Trinomic tooling and perforated leather.
The two have also created a women’s clothing capsule in soft jersey which consists of tops, leggings, sweats and a reversible bomber jacket. It is designed to be versatile pieces to have in your wardrobe as they will look fitting both on the streets or at the gym.
Careaux’s work and beautiful designs clearly reflects her artwork in this exciting collaboration with Puma. Well done girl!
